The duties of the person employed in this position will include design, implementation and testing of scalable web applications in Python / Django technology.

Python Web Developer

Expectations:

  • minimum two years of experience in creating web applications in Django or other web technology
  • very good knowledge of Python and Django
  • good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, ES6
  • knowledge of the GIT version-control system
  • knowledge of the Linux command line
  • knowledge of issues related to PostgreSQL / Mysql databases
  • experience in writing unit tests
  • commitment and motivation to work on interesting projects
  • conscientiousness, responsibility, timeliness, the ability to write transparent code
  • very good knowledge of English
  • ability to effectively organize working time

Nice to see:

  • NoSQL knowledge (Elasticsearch, Redis)
  • knowledge of AWS
  • knowledge of ReactJS
  • knowledge of Dockera
  • knowledge of Bootstrap
  • knowledge of Django Rest Framework, ability to create APIs
  • knowledge of other object-oriented programming languages
  • knowledge of the basics of Linux administration (in particular provisioning / deployment, nginx)
